The George Peters Senior Quartet Champion Award is presented to the highest placing senior quartet competing in the annual contest.  The award is named in memory of George Peters, long time quartet competitor and Society judge, to recognize the Illinois District Senior Quartet Champions.

Note: In 2014, with the change to one annual convention, the award was shifted from the spring convention to the fall.
