SE Illinois Youth in Harmony Festival a Success

The 9th annual Southeastern Illinois Youth in Harmony Festival was a huge success. Hosted by the Coles County Chorus, 250 students from 13 high schools spent a day getting a crash course in four-part harmony.

2012 Quartet Champs: Velvet Hammer

The Illinois District quartet championship seemed to be up for grabs this year with at least half a dozen quartets having a legitimate shot at the title. The prognosticators were right -- only four points separated the average scores of the top five quartets.
