Friday:
- 1-Midnight: Harmony Marketplace - Pere Marquette (closed during contests)
- 1:30PM - HOD Meeting - Pere Marquette
- 3-9PM: Convention Registration - Pere Marquette
- 7:00PM - Quartet Contest - Scottish Rite Cathedral
- 10:30PM - President's Reception - Pere Marquette
Saturday:
- 8am-Midnight: Harmony Marketplace - Pere Marquette (closed during contests)
- 9AM-6PM: Convention Registration - Pere Marquette
- 1:00PM: Quartet FInals - Scottish Rite
- 6:30PM: Chorus Contest - Scottish Rite
- Show Of Champions immediately following Chorus Contest
Registrations
Before 9/7/2010: $30
On or After 9/7/2010: $35
Individual tickets will be $20 each at the door.
Non-competing children 18 and under, college students with a valid ID, and military personnel with a valid ID who are ONLY attending the convention can get in free to all competitions.

For the upcoming Fall contest, the registration process remains the same as in the past.

To all Illinois District Competing Choruses:
All stage materials needed for your performance must enter the Scottish Rite Cathedral between the hours of 1 and 4 on Friday and be removed immediately after the Show of Champions on Saturday night. If you have any questions, please contact Will Thorndike at (815) 631-0253 or watjr@mchsi.com.
Bigger hospitality rooms can be arranged through Will Thorndike as well. Standard hotel room hospitality rooms will need be arranged through Keri at the Pere Marquette at (309) 637-6500.
Convention Registration

Register for the Convention (all competitors must register for your all events pass):
You can now register for the convention in two ways. You can register using the secure, online form (credit cards only) or you can download, print, and mail in the form (checks only).
Note: Any Illinois District member attending his first District Convention receives his registration free. Check the appropriate box on the registration form. You will need to enter your Membership ID as well for verification.

Reserve Housing
You MUST call the hotel of your choice directly and make your own confirmed reservation using your credit card or sending a check for your first night's stay. Checks must be in their hands a week before the convention date or the room will be automatically cancelled. Make sure they know that you are a Barbershopper or else they will tell you that they are completely booked. Have your credit card information, arrival and departure dates, room choice, and smoking preference ready when you call.
The hotel confirmation will be mailed directly to you. The Illinois District will have no records of your hotel reservations.
